Due to the large influx of people and the variety of backgrounds, guidelines must be shared for how we interact with one another. These are meant to support your own growth and to help increase the experience of unity flowing through you. They also contribute to the growth and unity of others—because everything is connected.

At the same time, a universal guiding framework is being shared with you here, and you’ll need to consciously choose to honor the following guidelines in order to support harmony within yourself and between one another. This means consciously stepping into your own responsibility.

Interactions with yourself and others

✨ Grasping, wanting more, stubbornness, and arrogance block or stop the receiving of what you truly and fundamentally desire. Surrender to what is being given to you here and trust. If you don’t, you break the connection with all the possibilities and abundance meant for you.


✨ Allow yourself to receive what is offered. The less resistance in you, the faster you grow. This means saying “yes, but…” comes to an end. You are ready and willing to get to work within yourself.

✨ Your active thinking mind is welcome. No worries. You will learn how to collaborate with your inner self. Logical thinking has its function, but it follows a different sequence and inner working within you and within life. This point shares the full functioning of your being and how you truly operate from within.

You’ll gain a total experience of your full presence on Earth—which is far more than you’ve ever learned.

✨ Get used to the energy. Get used to your essence. Give yourself the space and rest for that.


✨ Be proactive in asking questions about your inner self. After all, you are here for your own growth and awareness. Ask yourself whether a situation should first be explored within, before laying it at someone else’s feet.

✨ Take responsibility for yourself. Be the example—for you.

✨ Be patient with yourself and what is being given to you. Impatience stems from a mindset of lack. Trust is appropriate in the abundant guidance and sharing that is offered to you.

✨ Pay close attention to your body during the session—you are always automatically being guided. This is not a vague experience, but a factual and grounded one. This means you will not and cannot leave your body. The information and energy shared are stable, fundamental, and real. A transformative experience for your entire system.


✨ You are here voluntarily. Be open to what is being given. See and experience all the possibilities in your life—abundant and beyond what you can imagine. Always.

✨ Be gentle and kind with yourself and others.


✨ People in love, couples, friends, or partners are asked to come for themselves—even if you come together. You are here for YOU, in the unity energy that is being offered. This requires inner freedom, autonomy, and independence. Or perhaps you’re here to learn about this.

✨ Gossiping, talking about others, demanding something, or laughing at someone is not allowed. An open and respectful atmosphere is maintained where every person is honored in their humanity.


✨ Speak directly to the person involved if you wish to share something you noticed or experienced.


✨ Respect everyone’s process and story. We are equals.

✨ Keep seeing the other person, even as you move through your own inner processes.


✨ Help each other when needed—as family would.


✨ Testing others energetically or influencing someone’s energy without consent is NOT allowed and strictly forbidden here. Everyone’s energy is kept intact. If energetic manipulation or energetic attacks are noticed, individuals may be removed from the group or from personal guidance.


✨ Respect the time scheduled for your appointment. Be mindful of others' energy.

What to bring

✨ Mobile phones, bags, shoes, coats, and keys can be placed safely in the hallway or in a secure space. Feel free to ask about this.

✨ You may bring a notebook and pen into the practice room or any other location we’re working in.
