Details for your participation
During these days, we will gather in a small group of 6 to 8 people.
Participants from all over the Netherlands and beyond will join us LIVE in Waspik—a peaceful, green village located between Breda and Den Bosch.
Our native language is Dutch, but of course we warmly welcome our international guests. Therefore, all teachings will be in English—if needed. What truly matters is the energy, and energy knows no language.
These days will take place in the AYA Health Worldwide Practice House in Waspik, and when the weather is nice, also in the beautiful garden.
Humanity awakens within itself. This applies to everyone. A wealth of universal information will be shared in momentum, along with a deepening encounter within yourself. Endless wisdom is shared with a select group of 6 to 8 participants.
If desired, you can stay overnight with your tent, camper, or in the ‘As above’ Space within the AYA Health Worldwide Practice House. There are also hotels or nature campsites nearby. We’re happy to help you create a relaxing and enjoyable stay—just mention this preference during your booking so we can contact you and align together.
The contribution, based on a balanced exchange between Maike Liselot AYA and the participant, is €599 including VAT. You may also choose to pay in two installments—this option is available during the booking process, allowing you to spread the cost if preferred.
The retreat days include soup, snacks, fruit, nuts, ice cream, tea, water, and materials. Any additional lunch or dinner is up to you to bring or arrange as desired.

Can I bring a family member?
Yes, absolutely. Feel free! Friends or others are also welcome.
However, you are coming for your individual inner process, so it’s important that you feel free and spacious enough to go ALL IN with yourself.
What if I don’t have transportation?
You can send an email to [email protected]. Together with the participants, Maike Liselot AYA will explore if there’s a possibility for you to carpool. Feel free to ask about the options before you book.
