1. Definities
1.1 "Gebruiker" verwijst naar iedere persoon die toegang heeft tot de diensten, materialen of sessies van AYA Health Worldwide, inclusief, maar niet beperkt tot, abonnementhouders, deelnemers aan Zoom-sessies en ontvangers van audiobestanden.
1.2 "Materialen" omvatten alle inhoud verstrekt door AYA Health Worldwide, waaronder audiobestanden, luisterboeken, Zoom-sessies, video’s, presentaties, documenten en andere gedeelde informatie.
1.3 "Derden" verwijst naar personen of partijen buiten de geregistreerde gebruiker, zoals gezinsleden, vrienden, collega’s of andere bekenden.
1.4 "Opnames" omvatten audio-opnames, video-opnames, screenshots, fotografie of andere reproducties van gedeelde materialen.
2. Eigendomsrechten van Inhoud
2.1 Alle materialen die door AYA Health Worldwide worden verstrekt, blijven te allen tijde exclusief eigendom van AYA Health Worldwide.
2.2 Gebruikers verkrijgen geen rechten, waaronder auteursrechten of intellectuele eigendomsrechten, met betrekking tot de gedeelde materialen.
2.3 Het is verboden om materialen te reproduceren, distribueren, wijzigen, of openbaar te maken zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van AYA Health Worldwide.
3. Gebruikersvoorwaarden
3.1 De verstrekte materialen zijn uitsluitend bedoeld voor persoonlijk gebruik door de gebruiker.
3.2 Het is verboden om materialen, geheel of gedeeltelijk, te delen met derden of op enige wijze beschikbaar te stellen zonder expliciete toestemming.
3.3 Tijdens (Zoom-)sessies, evenementen of andere vormen is het verboden om opnames te maken, waaronder:
- Audio-opnames.
- Video-opnames.
- Screenshots of andere vormen van digitale reproductie.
4. Verantwoordelijkheden van de Gebruiker
4.1 De gebruiker is verantwoordelijk voor het naleven van dit reglement en dient ervoor te zorgen dat gedeelde materialen niet onrechtmatig worden gebruikt of verspreid.
4.2 Indien de gebruiker misbruik constateert, dient dit onmiddellijk te worden gemeld bij AYA Health Worldwide.
5. Toezicht en Handhaving
5.1 AYA Health Worldwide behoudt zich het recht voor om toezicht te houden op de naleving van dit reglement en passende maatregelen te treffen bij overtreding.
5.2 Bij schending van de voorwaarden kan AYA Health Worldwide:
- De toegang van de gebruiker tot diensten of materialen per direct beëindigen.
- Toekomstige toegang tot programma’s of materialen weigeren.
- Juridische stappen ondernemen om schadevergoeding te eisen.
6. Sancties bij Overtreding
6.1 In geval van overtreding behoudt AYA Health Worldwide zich het recht voor om:
- De toegang tot alle materialen en diensten onmiddellijk te blokkeren.
- Schadevergoeding te eisen voor verlies of schade geleden door de overtreding.
6.2 Overtredingen kunnen leiden tot aanvullende juridische acties, afhankelijk van de ernst van het misbruik.
7. Bedankt voor uw Respect en Samenwerking
7.1 Bedankt voor het naleven van deze richtlijnen en voor het respect dat u hiermee toont naar AYA Health Worldwide voor hun creaties.
7.2 Als u uw enthousiasme wilt delen met anderen, verwijs hen dan gerust door naar www.ayahealthworldwide.com. Daar kunnen zij zich zelf aanmelden voor het ontvangen van audiobestanden en meer.
8. Akkoordverklaring
8.1 Door gebruik te maken van de diensten en materialen van AYA Health Worldwide verklaart de gebruiker zich automatisch akkoord met dit reglement en verplicht zichzelf deze na te leven.
9. Toepasselijk Recht
9.1 Op dit reglement is het recht van toepassing van het land waarin AYA Health Worldwide is gevestigd.
Terms of use AYA Health Worldwide
Definitions
1.1 "User" refers to any person who has access to the services, materials, or sessions of AYA Health Worldwide, including but not limited to subscribers, participants in Zoom sessions, and recipients of audio files.
1.2 "Materials" include all content provided by AYA Health Worldwide, including audio files, audiobooks, Zoom sessions, videos, presentations, documents, and other shared information.
1.3 "Third Parties" refer to individuals or entities other than the registered user, such as family members, friends, colleagues, or other acquaintances.
1.4 "Recordings" include audio recordings, video recordings, screenshots, photography, or other reproductions of shared materials.
Ownership Rights of Content
2.1 All materials provided by AYA Health Worldwide remain the exclusive property of AYA Health Worldwide at all times.
2.2 Users do not acquire any rights, including copyrights or intellectual property rights, regarding the shared materials.
2.3 It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute, modify, or disclose materials without prior written permission from AYA Health Worldwide.
User Guidelines
3.1 The materials provided are intended solely for the user’s personal use.
3.2 It is prohibited to share materials, in whole or in part, with third parties or make them available in any form without explicit permission.
3.3 During (Zoom) sessions, events, or other formats, it is prohibited to make any recordings, including:
Audio recordings
Video recordings
Screenshots or any other forms of digital reproduction
User Responsibilities
4.1 The user is responsible for complying with these guidelines and must ensure that shared materials are not unlawfully used or distributed.
4.2 If the user becomes aware of any misuse, they must immediately report it to AYA Health Worldwide.
Monitoring and Enforcement
5.1 AYA Health Worldwide reserves the right to monitor compliance with these guidelines and to take appropriate measures in case of violations.
5.2 In the event of a violation, AYA Health Worldwide may:
Immediately terminate the user’s access to services or materials
Deny future access to programs or materials
Take legal action to claim damages
Sanctions for Violations
6.1 In case of a violation, AYA Health Worldwide reserves the right to:
Immediately block access to all materials and services
Claim compensation for loss or damage resulting from the violation
6.2 Violations may result in additional legal actions depending on the severity of the misuse.

Agreement Statement
8.1 By using the services and materials of AYA Health Worldwide, the user automatically agrees to these guidelines and commits to adhering to them.
Applicable Law
9.1 These guidelines are governed by Dutch law and are designed to ensure a respectful and safe environment for all users.
