Maike Liselot AYA (1982) is born with an expanded consciousness and to go global. Maike Liselot AYA was born to an Indonesian mother and a Dutch father. Growing up between two cultures, she naturally embraced both the wisdom of the East and the pragmatic, scientific, innovative spirit of the West. She discovered that truth is often found where these worlds meet. By bringing together timeless Eastern wisdom and the creative, action-oriented behaviour of the West, she has developed a unique vision that draws on the strengths for the foundations of a New Society for Human Flourishing.
From an early age, Maike Liselot AYA perceived patterns in people, situations, and the world around her with remarkable clarity. Her life has been a continuous journey of learning, deep observation, and inner development. To get ready for her big life task.
Before she was even born, while still in her mother's womb, she came close to losing her life. That profound beginning became the foundation of a lifelong path of transformation. Over many years, she devoted herself - day and night - to preparing her body, mind, and energy to embody and share the wisdom she is called to bring into the world.
Through unwavering dedication, she has shaped her life with purpose, discipline, and intention for many thousands of people.

Her research highlights that effective leadership is never one-size-fits-all. Transformational leadership therefore requires the ability to read the environment, adapt behaviour and balance clear direction with trust, empowerment and ownership.

Maike Liselot AYA was born with a profound sense of awareness. At 21 weeks in her mother’s womb, she came close to death. For the remainder of the pregnancy, she remained almost completely still, living at the very edge of life.

As a society, we no longer need to create unnecessary instability. Inner harmony is therefore not about rushing towards some higher state of consciousness, but about allowing fundamental growth to unfold step by step - through self-love, groundedness and strong social capital.
