This sessions lasts 2 hours, but if a deep breakthrough occurs, the session may — by mutual agreement — be extended at no extra cost.
For children and adolescents up to 22 years old, 1 hour is sufficient.

There are three location options for our session together.
Live at the Practice House in Waspik, the Netherlands
The Practice House in Waspik is a cozy, warm space that invites you to fully be yourself. The experience here is powerful and personal.Online via Zoom
You’re also warmly welcome to join an online session, which is equally effective and powerful. You’ll receive a login link with instructions for your session.At your location
Do you have physical limitations or prefer a session in another setting? Maike Liselot AYA is happy to come to you. For this option, we kindly ask an additional fee to cover travel expenses. If you do not live in the Netherlands, we’ll connect in advance to talk it through and coordinate what’s needed regarding extra time and travel costs.
Duration of the session
The session lasts 2 hours, with the possibility to extend if needed—at no extra cost. For children and adolescents up to 22 years old, 1 hour is sufficient.
You may also decide to explore other offerings I provide, such as purchasing a book, listening to a podcast, or joining a live or online deepening program.
Session costs
The price per session is 2x €150 including VAT for a 2-hour session. For children 1x €150.
